Terms of Offering

• 1.⁠Timings 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• 2.⁠GST as applicable billing if needed for whatever purposes.
• 3.Service charge at 10% extra shall be implied (Promotional Discount at 5%).
• 4.⁠Extension of stay will entail 5% per hour for Max 2 hours.
• 5.⁠Strict adherence to Code of stay and usage of Amenities.
• 6.⁠Offered amenities as per published offer for Day Packages.
• 7.⁠⁠⁠Children above 12 years will be considered for full charge.
• 8.⁠⁠⁠Kids below 3 years shall be on Free Basis while above shall entail 50% charge.
• 9.⁠Exclusive additonals at Extra Chages as below:
• 9a.⁠Stages and usage of Lawns shall be at Extra Charge at 20,000.
• 9b.⁠Banquet Hall needs will imply extra charge of 12,000.
• 9c.⁠Exclusive Dining GF extars at 12,000 and FF + GF at 20,000.
• 10⁠⁠Promotional Offer: Less 5000/- on all Packages & 5% Off on Service Charge.
• 11.⁠⁠Self Cooking at facility shall not be allowed.

Disclaimer Risk

• -All residents shall use the facility at their own Risk without Management Liability.
• -Facility Management shall NOT be responsible for any accidents during usage.
• -People with contagious diseses shall not be allowed in the group.
• -Fire Crackers are not allowed while injuries caused due to reclessness at own risk.
• -Management reserves the right to have two groups if numbers are less than 40 Pax.
• -Management shall NOT accept any claims or liabilities for any self inflicted accidents.
• -Any damage caused to the facility or amenities shall be made good by the users.
• -Foreign Nationals shall provide proofs of Identity with valid residential visas.
• -Group Leader in all respects shall be responsible for the conduct of the group in all regards.
• -A list of all group members with identities shall be appreciated for security reasons.
• -Management hes the right to seek an advance payment for unforseen damages.
• -Group Leader acknowledges the risk mitigation and undertakes to follow to norms.

Code of Conduct and Amenities Usage Norms - (In Brief)

• -Timings shall be strictly followed for all activities.
• -Pool entry shall be strictly in costumes and after shower. Amateurs Restricted.
• -Slippers & formal shoes shall not be allowed in Box Cricket.
• -All kinds of sports activites shall be in sports gear and shoes only.
• -Food shall be served and taken on specified timings and in spaces allocated.
• -Littering of the facility is strictly prohibited : help us maintain cleanliness.
• -Indecent behaviour, especially towards women is absolutely NOT allowed.
• -Dress code shall to be modest to sportswear and elegant.
• -Consumption of Alchohol and Drugs are strictly NOT Allowed.
• -Smoking is NOT allowed in amenities of games and sports.
• -Parents shall be responsible for taking care of their infants and children.
